Digital Technologies
Overview
[CN] The Digital Technologies program focuses on the acquisition and processing of information, as well as the design, development, application, and integration of digital technologies and computer technologies. It aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with an understanding of China’s national conditions and an international perspective. Equipped with the basic theories and knowledge of Digital Technologies, and trained through rigorous scientific experiments and preliminary scientific research, graduates can engage in scientific research, teaching, technological development, product design, production technology, or management work in computer science and technology and related fields and departments, becoming senior engineers in the field of Digital Technologies.
In terms of curriculum design, the program covers interdisciplinary knowledge such as digital technologies, computer programming, data analysis, network technology, artificial intelligence, and business administration. It is intended to broaden students’ knowledge scope and enhance their comprehensive capabilities.
Prospects
Graduates specializing in Digital Technologies boast broad employment prospects, spanning multiple fields such as online retail, search engines, manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, finance, biomedical data research, and meteorology and climate research. They are primarily employed by digital technology enterprises and other emerging industry sectors, engaging in electronic information transmission and processing, as well as IoT (Internet of Things) design, development, and management.
